Only the International Coaching Federation, for the purpose of renewing our PCC/MCC coaching license, can request your name and email.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

All your information is kept secure and strictly confidential. Only you have access to your credit card information. Professional members of our team only have access to your enrollment information to support your login and learning experience.


SECTION 2 • Coaching Agreement

PARTNERSHIP

Coaching / mentoring with me provides the clarity, structure, and wisdom to alchemize your vision into reality, based on your unique soulprint and life values. It is a co-created experience and responsibility. The more specific your vision and the more consistent your follow-through, the more value you'll receive. I will always put in 100%. Always. No matter what. When you also put in your 100%, always, no matter what, you’ll receive 200% return on investment. 

Growth means stepping out of your comfort zone, repeatedly. I ask for permission to be lovingly direct and truthful with you, for your greatest inner mastery, creative joy and lifestyle freedom. Please ask for what you need, so that we can co-design our coaching / mentoring partnership on an ongoing basis.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

All coaching / mentoring sessions and digital communication are held strictly confidential and will not be divulged to any third party, unless ordered by a court of law. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I uphold the Code of Ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

 

ATTENDENCE

All coaching / mentoring sessions are pre-scheduled. In case of emergency, 1-on-1 sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice (otherwise you lose the session). Group sessions cannot be rescheduled, but are recorded for students to watch later.

Note: For all students enrolled in CTI's CPCC certification program, all 1-on-1 sessions are extended to 60min.


PAYMENTS

All electronic payments are securely processed by Stripe Inc.

Once self-enrolled into a 1-on-1 or group program, all payments and instalments must be honoured.

All payments for programs, whether in-person or virtual, are non-refundable. All payments for products, whether physical or digital, are non-refundable.

In case of emergency, you can transfer your payment as credit for another program or product, upon mutual agreement with me.
