Q: We got on a breakthrough session and I mentioned the concept of taking a week off every single month. What impact did that have on you?
A: Actually, when I heard it the first time, I thought this is just some marketing mumbo jumbo, like, she's not really gonna make me do that.
You just asked me, matter-of-factly, so when are you doing it? Like, which week is it?
I was like, "Oh my God, I really need to do this now!" Is she gonna help me grow my business or is this gonna be the end of my business?
But today, that week off every month is non-negotiable to me. It's the first thing I put in and that was a huge shift for me in just a few months after starting.
Q: And you've become famous for it.
A: I have, I have! In fact, some people were asking me, "Do you still take your week off?" And I'm like, "Yeah, of course. What do you think, I don't take my week off?"
Q: What did we did up in the soul maturation part that you didn't expect?
A: So, there was a lot of deep rooted fears and beliefs that I had, particularly around who I wanted to be perceived as and what I thought of myself. And that is not something that I expected. I thought it would just be simple, like, here you go, do this, know it's gonna work, and instead, it was like opening a can of worms.
But, when I first used to hear your videos and I would see the soul maturation, and I was like, "What the hell is that?"
But now, I think I really understand that and I think that this, it just goes deeper. I feel like, you know, Alice in Wonderland that jumped through the tunnel.
Q: And what did this Guide to Grace coaching program provide you that you didn't have on your own?
A: So, first of all, I think that it was this beautiful container for me to just be vulnerable and really discover new parts of me that I didn't even know existed.
Each session, I would really look forward to every single call I had with you, Ella. It was so full of energy and there was always something so new that I took away. It was the process of being held through that journey that allowed me, actually,to make so many changes in such a short time. There was this container where I felt safe.
Q: What are your top lessons or pieces of advice?
A: I think my first one is that your business is not everything. It's a means for you to discover more about yourself and I think that, for me, it's the journey of finding myself through my business, to really discovering who am I.
